Hygiene & Safety Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings, headpieces, and hairbands cannot be returned or exchanged once received. Sale items are also final and non-returnable.

Right of Return (EU Law)

In accordance with Irish and EU consumer law, customers are entitled to return eligible items purchased online within 14 days of receipt.

  • You must notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must then be returned to us within this period.

  • Returned items must be unworn, unused, and repacked in their original packaging.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • All products are carefully inspected before dispatch.

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, you must notify us by email within 48 hours of receipt, quoting your order number and providing a description (and photo if possible).

  • Once reviewed, we will issue an Exchange or Store Credit and provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) form with instructions.

  • Returned items must be unworn, unused, and repacked in their original packaging. Items will be inspected upon return.

Responsibility After Delivery

Laveesha is not responsible for items that are lost, misplaced, or damaged after delivery has been confirmed to the customer’s address.
